Along with the four lodges, the Caiman also has some structures used during the tours. They are the retreats, Santa Vóia and Săo Domingos. Both have a good infrastructure, with a covered area for sleeping in hammocks as well as a kitchen and a bathroom.
Each lodge has its own independent infrastructure and is equipped with air conditioner, ceiling fans, private bathrooms with hot water, electric currents with 110 volts, living room and pool.
On the Farm, the guests can count on excellent support infra-structure, with nurse on call, telephone center, fax, cellular phone antennas, motorized vehicles, radio system connecting the whole farm and the hotel, and life insurance.
